This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer requirements, overseeing new business developments, and ensuring seamless communication with mill management from order placement to dispatch. Responsibilities also include addressing customer complaints, preparing corrective measures with technical teams, and ensuring timely remittances. Additional duties involve reporting on stock and order statuses, working on new buyer developments, supporting the Head of Department with pricing and quotations, and contributing to system development for streamlined issuance of transaction certificates. The candidate will also assist with registration processes on various textile certification portals, ensuring compliance and efficiency across operations.
