This role involves monitoring and analyzing safety metrics, managing incident reports including root cause analysis (RCA), conducting fire safety compliance checks, and overseeing departmental documentation and audits. You will be required to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports highlighting key safety trends, ensure audit readiness, and coordinate responses to incidents.
