Iqra University, a top-ranked educational institution, seeks an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager HR to join our dynamic HR team at the Main Campus, Karachi. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the university’s performance management system, aligning it with the institution’s strategic goals. This role requires close collaboration with faculty and staff to foster continuous improvement in employee performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of HR practices, particularly in performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and HR management software.
