Assistant Farm Manager

Job Description

Jadeed Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our agriculture division at multiple farm locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crop production management and proven leadership in supervising agricultural operations. You will be responsible for executing crop activities as per the approved production plan, managing resources efficiently, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining machinery. The role also includes daily reporting to the Production Manager. Candidates with corporate farming experience, especially in High-Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEIS), will be given preference.
