Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Officer in Asset Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with asset management tools like ERP, SAP, or similar systems and a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring efficient management of assets across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the asset management process across various locations.
  • Utilise asset management systems like ERP or SAP to track and manage assets.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and report generation for asset management activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient asset utilisation.
  • Apply knowledge of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods.
  • Monitor and control inventory to prevent asset losses and ensure compliance with organisational policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related role.
  • Expertise in asset management tools like ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods.
  • Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
