Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in acquiring orders from customers.
• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sales Coordination departments to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts.
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance supply chain partnerships.
• Conduct visits to the steel market and end-users to understand their needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer requirements.
• Reconcile customer ledgers for assigned accounts.
• Liaise closely with transporters to ensure smooth dispatches.
• Expand the client portfolio within the designated region.
