Job Description

DIC Pakistan Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Admin & Security Executive for its facility in Kasur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive security measures and administrative operations. Key responsibilities include conducting security risk assessments, supervising day-to-day operations (including guard force deployment, access control, surveillance, and patrolling), managing CCTV and alarm systems, and responding to incidents. Additionally, this role will manage general office administration tasks such as housekeeping, facility maintenance, transport, and utilities. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of corporate security and facilities management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Ex-Military personnel with relevant field experience are encouraged to apply. This position reports to the Manager Security in Kasur and also maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Operations Manager.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. Certifications in security or fire safety are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a security and administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Ex-Military candidates (not above the rank of Captain) with field security experience are preferred.
