Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer expectations.
• Oversee inspection processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Assist the QA Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, testing results, and non-conformance reports.
• Train QA/QC staff on quality procedures, testing methods, and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant food safety regulations to ensure compliance.
