DIC Pakistan Limited part of the Packages Group, is seeking a qualified AM Maintenance professional to join our team in Kasur. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing preventive and breakdown maintenance functions to minimize downtime across mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, and instrumentation jobs. This role requires the use of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and preventive maintenance (PM) in SAP. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to staff, control spare parts inventories, and positively impact EHS culture through the continuous implementation of improvement plans.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance functions to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to staff as needed.
• Control spare parts inventories and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Positively impact EHS culture through sustained improvement plans.
• Execute, implement, and commission new projects and initiatives.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

• Experience in repair and maintenance and inventory management.
• Good interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
• Self-driven and capable of leading improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with EHS tools and GMPs, PM in SAP S4/HANA, WCM (RCA, Why-Why, 5W1H, time and motion study).
