Qualification and Experience
MBA HRD or any Master’s degree i.e. 16 years of education.
A relevant Diploma in HR will be preferred.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in the HR department.
*MBBS or equivalent with Master’s Degree in Total Quality Management (TQM)/MPH/Medical Education/other Management degree with 02 years relevant experience in a well-reputed health facility.
OR
A Post-Graduate Degree (16 year’s education) -MA/MSc. MBA/other suitable and equivalent qualification with 05 years in a quality academics/Student affairs functions in a well reputed health facility.
•Experience in ISO or JCIA-certified health care organization will be preferred.
Exceptional Expertise in MS-Office with interpersonal communication skills. Quality Education Assessment & Feedback.
Report writing, Survey, feedback, Grievance re-addressal, Complaint management, Data Collection & Analytical skills.
Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering (16 year’s education) from a HEC recognized University.
05 years’ experience in a Govt. /Semi-Govt. /Autonomous or well reputed private Institution with valid PEC registration.
Relevant experience in public sector/Hospital related installation and Electro-Medical equipment Maintenance will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and Primavera.
BCS (Hons)/MCS (16 years of education) in computer sciences from a recognized University. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in software development.
Candidate having certification in Dot Net Technologies, C++ Programming or Oracle certification In developer Suit will be preferred.
Other: Candidate must have strong knowledge of Dot Net Oracle developer, SQL programming, web programming and skills in RDBMS.
MBA in Finance/Accounts/ Economics or other relevant qualification (16 year’s education) from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 05 Year of experience in Accounts & Finance in a well reputed organization. Experience in tertiary care hospital will be preferred.
Master in Computer science/MIT/MCS/Bachelor Degree (Hons) L.e. BCS/BS Computer Science.
03 years’ experience in programming and software development in any Govt./Semi Govt. or Govt. registered organization.
Preference will be given to the candidates having experience on HIS/HIMS.
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Commerce.
Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
Relevant Higher qualification will be preferred.
Two (02) years’ experience in Accounting Field.
Experience at reputable health facility will be an advantage.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science (14 years) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University.
Minimum Two (02) years of relevant experience in a well reputed organization. Preference will be given to those who have experience in security/disaster/Emergency management.
