• M.B.B.S
• Masters/MS/MSPH/MCPS in Public Health, Health Systems Management, Health Administration, Health related Quality Management Degree, with specialization in six sigma, TQM and Health Service Procurement from HEC recognized university.
At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (sixteen (16) years of education), in Environmental Studies/Science/Engineering, or Natural Resource Management duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
• M.Sc./ BS Hons in (Statistics, Economics)/Bio- Statistics/Mathematics and Economics/ Business Management/Data Analytics from top ten ranked HEC universities.
• Candidate with Certifications and diplomas related to Data Science and Data Analytics shall be preferred.
• MBBS with post-graduation in public health / Master in Social Sciences.
• Master’s degree in Finance / MBA (Finance) or any other relevant field
B.Sc. Engineering/ Pharm D/ Economics / Statistics /M. Com or equivalent or any other relevant field from HEC recognized University(top 10 HEC ranked in relevant field)
• At least, Master’s degree, in Statistics/ Demographics/ Public Policy/ International Development/ Economics/Public Health, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• Advanced certification in M&E, statistics or any other relevant discipline shall be accorded due weightage.
MBBS with post-graduation in public health / Master in Social Sciences.
• At least 16 Years’ degree in Finance / Accounting/ Economics/Statistics / M. Com/MBA or related field from HEC recognized university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs is essential.
At least 10 years of experience in clinical quality management of hospitals in public or private sector
At least, eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in dealing with environmental and social management and implementation particularly in education and health sector;
• Sound knowledge of national environmental laws and policies. Knowledge of International Development Organization’s environmental and social safeguards policies and shall be accorded due weightage.
• Experience of environmental and social management and Compliance in the project implementation
• Three (03) years’ experience in Data Processing/Data science/Analysis preferably in public sector.
• Relevant experience of data analytics pertaining to the health sector shall be preferred.
• Apprenticeships in data analysis pertaining to Relational Database Management System shall be given more advantage.
• The candidate should have at least 15-year experience working in a social service or human service, healthcare services setting, and will have a strong knowledge of community resources.
At least 3 years working experience procurement activities.
• Practical experience of procurement.
• Sound Knowledge & experience of PPRA & International procurement guidelines
At least 3 years’ experience of working with health sector M&E activity/ program
• Experience in program/project design and formulation, management, and evaluation;
• Knowledge of recent developments in program/project M&E, data management, acquisition, analysis and result reporting;
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Pakistan Public Health Sector in general and Provincial Health Sector in particular;
• Experience of working with development partners
• The candidate should have at least 10-year experience working in a social service or human service, healthcare services setting, and will have a strong knowledge of community resources.
• 5 Years’ experience in public financial management, accounting, or auditing
