Job Description

StarchPack Pvt. Ltd, part of the prestigious Packages Group, is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join its team in Kasur. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in starch production (preferably wet milling, modified starch, and liquid glucose lines) who can meet production goals, optimize resources, and ensure quality and safety standards. The Production Manager will play a critical role in developing production schedules, mentoring teams, implementing SAP systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with strong technical, analytical, and people management skills to contribute to one of Pakistan’s leading industrial organizations.
