Hoechst Pakistan Limited (formerly Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited) is seeking an experienced Area Trade Manager to join our team in Karachi. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned product portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure product availability and visibility at the pharmacy level through an effective RTM model and regular market visits.

The role involves engaging with top-end retail customers to build long-term business relationships, negotiating quarterly and annual contracts to drive profitable growth, and ensuring the effective execution of trade activations, promotions, and distribution KPIs. You will also be responsible for trade budget utilization, team management, coaching, and development.
