Job Description

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is urgently hiring qualified and experienced HTV / Heavy Transport Trailer Drivers across Pakistan. If you have the skills, discipline, and drive to serve in a professional logistics environment, this is your chance to secure a high-paying and rewarding government position.

Drivers will be responsible for operating heavy transport vehicles (HTVs) such as trailers across national and regional routes. This role demands a valid HTV license, strong road safety awareness, physical fitness, and the ability to meet performance targets under NLC service standards.

Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary of PKR 64,380 (inclusive of ration allowance), with the opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses up to PKR 40,000, and a commission award ranging from PKR 15,000 to 30,000, depending on performance. Annual bonuses, CP fund, paid leaves, group insurance, and medical allowance up to PKR 150,000 for family are also part of the benefits package.
