The selected candidate will oversee and lead the Knits Cut-to-Pack operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. This is a critical leadership role that involves developing strategies to minimize waste, improve operational processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on knowledge of fabric types, sewing techniques, garment construction, and a strong grip on lean manufacturing principles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, IE, or related field
