We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Staffing to join our HR team. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities across assigned departments. You will be responsible for creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. The successful candidate will prepare employment offers, maintain employee records, manage contract renewals, probation confirmations, and ensure all staffing documentation aligns with organisational policies and government regulations. Close collaboration with department heads will be essential to evaluate manpower needs and keep staffing databases updated.
