Hoechst Pakistan Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Training Manager to lead and enhance the training and development of our sales force. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering both technical and soft skills training, aiming to boost Sales Force KPIs and ensure field readiness. Key responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for MSRs and District Managers, executing induction and ISTP training programs, and organizing ongoing training sessions to uplift field performance. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, HR, BO, and sales teams, conduct post-training evaluations, and keep training content updated for assigned portfolios. Additionally, tracking and reporting monthly training KPIs is crucial for continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Medical, Pharmacy, or relevant disciplines
Experience:

• District Managers or other managerial roles with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience

• FEs or non-sales professionals with at least 5 years of sales experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and influencing

• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
