Job Description
Sapphire Finishing Mills is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman – Electrical to join our maintenance team at our Raiwind Manga Road, Lahore facility. The successful candidate will lead the electrical maintenance team across shifts and general duties, ensuring smooth operation of utilities and minimal equipment downtime. The role demands in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with steam boilers, gas and diesel power plants, thermoil heaters, compressors, chillers, ETPs, and RO plants. You will also be responsible for the supervision of utility electrical systems such as HT/LT panels, switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, VFDs, UPS, DG sets, lighting, and grounding systems. Strong expertise in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, along with instrument calibration and control system monitoring, is essential.
