Panther Tyres is on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic leadership team at our Head Office. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring strategic alignment across departments. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy while ensuring all functions operate in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.

As COO, you will oversee performance metrics, spearhead revenue-generating initiatives, and ensure that all resources are utilized effectively. You will work closely with various departments to foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration. From analyzing operational efficiency to enhancing overall productivity and cost-effectiveness, this role demands leadership, innovation, and strategic insight at its core.
