SURAJ is looking for a qualified and proactive Corporate Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate compliance matters, especially those related to SECP, CDC, PSX, and other regulatory bodies. The role includes filing statutory returns like Form 9, Form A, and Form 3, as well as drafting corporate documents such as notices for meetings and preparing minutes of statutory meetings. The candidate must have a sound understanding of Company Law and demonstrate strong skills in ensuring legal compliance, regulatory disclosures, and documentation for corporate governance.
