Job Description

Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of IT to lead and manage our technology infrastructure across multiple systems including the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), University Management System (UMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and continuous improvement. This is a senior-level role requiring a blend of strategic planning and hands-on technical expertise to align IT functions with institutional goals.

The Head of IT will play a pivotal role in setting long-term technology strategies, managing an IT team, and working closely with leadership to optimize system performance. The role includes integrating new software systems (HMIS, CMS, ERP), managing backups, ensuring disaster recovery protocols, and safeguarding data security. The position is based at Rashid Latif Medical Complex, Lahore—a multidisciplinary institution comprising medical colleges and hospitals.
