The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong background in strategic HR management, employee relations (ER), and industrial relations (IR). As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, managing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture.
