Join the dynamic team at Sparo as a Bakery Production Lead in Karachi! We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with a strong background in food retail and bakery production. In this role, you will develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand, manage and standardise recipes, and ensure accurate ingredient measurements for high-quality baked goods. You will oversee quality control processes and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and minimize waste. Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook is essential. Suppose you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the food retail and bakery industry.
