Assistant Manager Utilities

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Utilities at Starch Pack, a division of Packages Group. As the Assistant Manager Utilities, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, and the water chest with its turbine. This role includes managing the chemical controls of equipment inputs to optimize performance, ensuring efficient fuel use within budget, and reporting daily on steam, condensate, and chilled water systems. You will also be in charge of managing the auxiliary and support systems to meet utility needs.

The ideal candidate should have 1st Class Boiler Engineering Certification, a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Bachelors/DAE), and 4-5 years of experience in boiler and utilities management. Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
