Position: Production Executive (Knits Garments)
Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi

As a Production Executive at Liberty Mills, you will oversee and coordinate the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage, from cutting to packing. You will work closely with multiple departments to meet delivery timelines, optimize resources, and maintain industry-leading quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
• Monitor and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards at every production stage.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and quality control teams to resolve production challenges.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and optimize manpower and machinery usage.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
• Generate regular production reports for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in knit garment production (cut-to-pack) will be preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of production planning and execution.
• Proficiency in quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.

Age Limit

• Applicants should ideally be between the ages of 22-35 years.
