State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) is Pakistan’s largest and most prestigious life and health insurance provider, committed to ensuring the financial well-being of its clients. As part of our expanding operations, we seek dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our Takaful Operations for various key positions. These roles are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable based on performance.

Available Positions

1. Manager (Finance & Accounts)
   Location: Karachi
   Maximum Age: 45 years
2. Manager (Policy Holder Service/Customer Services)
   Location: Karachi
   Maximum Age: 45 years
3. Manager (Business Development – Banca Takaful)
   Location: Karachi
   Maximum Age: 45 years

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Manager (Finance & Accounts):
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or membership in a professional body like ICAP, ICMAP, or ACCA.
• Manager (Policy Holder Service/Customer Services):
  Minimum of 16 years of education in BS/BBA from a recognized university, with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Manager (Business Development – Banca Takaful):
  Minimum 18 years of education in MBA/M.Com/M.Sc. from a recognized university with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in sales and customer relationship management in banking or Takaful industries.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for all positions is 45 years.

Job Type

Contractual (initially 3 years, with potential for extension based on performance).

Job Location

All positions are based in Karachi.
