Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Expertise in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Laws, Audit, Taxation, Joint Venture agreements, financial planning, and forecasting.
Age Limit
- The ideal candidate should be between 40 to 55 years old.
Job Type
- Full-time position, requiring a dedicated and experienced professional with leadership capabilities.

Job Description
The Chief Finance Officer will play a strategic role in shaping the financial health of Malir Industrial Park. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive the financial strategy, aligning it with the overall goals of the SEZ.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Lead the budgeting process to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Financial Ecosystem Enhancement: Collaborate with public and private stakeholders to promote investments.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring stability within the SEZ.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track financial indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
- Investment Promotion: Attract domestic and foreign investments by developing financial incentives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting that reflects the park’s financial progress.
