The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad, established under the PPRA Ordinance 2002, regulates procurement processes within Pakistan. As a leading body, PPRA ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public procurement to support national development. We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team on a contractual basis, initially for two years, with the possibility of an extension based on performance. We offer market-based, competitive remuneration.

Sr. Specialist IT (1 Position)
Specialist Training & Capacity Building (1 Position)
Procurement Policy and Regulations Specialist (1 Position)
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (1 Position)
HR Specialist (1 Position)
Legal Expert (1 Position)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Sr. Specialist IT: Master’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Training & Capacity Building Specialist: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Legal Expert: LLB or higher degree from a recognized university, preferably with additional certifications.
Procurement Policy Specialist: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications and experience in similar roles will be an added advantage.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit varies between 40 to 57 years, depending on the role.

Job Type

Contractual Basis – Initially for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Job Location

Positions are based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
