Mentor / Social Need Officer (BS-11)

On a Contract Basis for 5 Years

Categories of Disability:

Eligibility Criteria:

Prescribed Qualification & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor’s Degree (Second Division) from a recognised university (HEC).
  • Disability Certificate:
    Must be provided by the concerned District Assessment Board.

Gender, age, and domicile requirements:

  • Gender:
    Male, Female & Transgender
  • Age Limit:
    • Special Persons Male: 21 to 30 years + 15 years relaxation = 45 years
    • Special Persons Female: 21 to 30 years + 15 years relaxation = 45 years
    • For Transgender applicants, age and sex will be based on the information provided in their CNIC.
  • Domicile:
    domicile of the concerned district is required.

Nature of Posts:

  • Positions are district-based and non-transferable. Selection will be made based on domicile and category of disability.

Visually Impaired:

  1. Lahore: 2 Posts
  2. Rajanpur: 2 Posts
  3. Bahawalpur: 1 Post

Physically Impaired:

  1. M.B. Din: 1 Post
  2. Rawalpindi: 1 Post
  3. Faisalabad: 1 Post
  4. Chiniot: 1 Post
  5. D.G. Khan: 1 Post

Hearing & Speech Impaired:

  1. Gujranwala: 1 Post
  2. Attock: 1 Post
  3. Jhelum: 1 Post

Written Examination/Test:

  • Test Format:
    One paper on the MCQ-based General Ability Test (100 marks, 90 minutes duration).
  • Subjects Covered:
    General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies.

Important Notes:

  • Selection is district-based, and candidates cannot transfer their posts to other districts due to disability and domicile restrictions.
