Tri-Pack Films Limited, part of the Packages Group, seeks a Business Controller to join our team at the Port Qasim Plant in Karachi. The successful candidate will act as a Finance Business Partner, providing key financial forecasting, operational profitability analyses, and financial reporting recommendations. You will be responsible for driving productivity, operational excellence, and achieving business objectives through effective revenue, expense, and financial control management. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with experience in Corporate Finance at manufacturing plants.

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Finance at a Manufacturing Plant, with proven expertise in at least two functions: Financial Reporting, Budgeting, or Cost Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner for the plant, driving financial forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Manage revenue and expense reporting for the Manufacturing Unit, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of results.
• Provide insight into business drivers and timely financial forecasts based on actual results versus operating plans.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving plant financial performance, including efficiency and cost savings.
• Validate plant financial data, KPIs, and production information while maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Expertise in IFRS and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost accounting and financial modeling/forecasting.
• Experience in Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Experience with SAP Financial Module (FI-CO) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage stakeholders, and work proactively within a team.
