We Are Hiring: HR Coordinator at Daewoo Express
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations, supporting the Cargo & Logistics division.
- Manage the full talent acquisition process, including onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
- Handle EOBI/PESSI processes, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage employees’ daily attendance using a mobile application, web attendance portal, or attendance machine.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the division’s objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- BBA/MBA with a specialization in HRM.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates with experience in the courier and cargo business will be given preference.
