Job Opportunity: Manager – Finishing

We seek a highly skilled and experienced manager (finishing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient finishing plans monthly and weekly. This role involves monitoring manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets while ensuring quality control across all finishing sections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly and weekly finishing plans.
• Monitor manpower and machine utilization to achieve production targets.
• Ensure quality control throughout the finishing sections.
• Manage waste control and ensure timely delivery of trims.
• Maintain inventory effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the finishing process.
