Position: Academics Research & Program Coordinator

ITA is seeking a dedicated Academics Research & Program Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a professional passionate about education who has experience in implementing educational and research projects.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelors in Public Policy, Education, Economics, or Social Sciences.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in executing educational and research projects.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data management, and fieldwork.
• Prior experience in the education sector, including coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to capacity-building initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in statistical tools such as STATA, SPSS, and KOBOTOOL.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent report-writing abilities.
• Familiarity with national education policies and experience collaborating with government and district stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills and experience with education management systems (SIS/TIS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tight deadlines in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and project needs.
