Accounts & Finance Department
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of purchase invoices and oversee the prompt payment of vendors in accordance with their credit conditions.
- Manage upfront payments to suppliers and make sure that unpaid balances are promptly followed up on.
- Help with the vendor aging analysis preparation, keeping an eye on advancements.
- Internal auditors’ observations should be promptly addressed and resolved.
- Provide support to senior finance officers as needed.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of petty cash management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Show that you are proficient with SAP S4 HANA and Microsoft Office and that you understand sales processes.
