Qualifications:

• BE/BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (MEM in Energy or Plant Management preferred).

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in leading process machine maintenance within a large-scale textile setup.
• At least 3-4 years in a managerial role within an engineering department.
• Expertise in planning, workforce optimization, financial management, and Lean methodologies.
• We have proven track record of managing high-level engineering projects and deep knowledge of textile machinery and processes.

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager will lead and coordinate the operation and maintenance activities across the mechanical, electrical, and electronics sections. This role is responsible for strategic planning and ensuring smooth production through optimized engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering and maintenance services to ensure consistent and reliable performance of production machinery.
• Supervise preventive maintenance compliance across dyeing, processing, printing, weaving, stitching, and packing departments to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Manage in-house services such as workshop machining, spares management, and fabrication for timely project execution.
• Plan and execute cost-effective capital and non-capital projects to ensure economic sustainability.
• Collaborate with departments for energy audits, addressing findings and ensuring adherence to HSE and audit requirements.
• Evaluate operations, explore technological advancements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
