Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate sales tax invoices in strict compliance with GST regulations.
- Ensure all necessary details are included and invoices are issued promptly to customers.
- Scan, organize, and maintain records of contact/service debit notes and other related bills.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of GST invoices and related financial documents using Excel.
- Track and update records of invoices received from vendors, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process and verify invoices received from vendors, ensuring all necessary documents are attached.
- Record vendor invoices accurately and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports related to sales tax invoices, delivery challans, and vendor payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or a related field).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, with expertise in handling GST invoices.
