NTL is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for the following positions:

Deputy Director (Corporate Affairs)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Educational Requirement: ACCA/CA Inter from a recognized institute
• Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organizations
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage Board and General Meetings, including timely issuance of notices, agendas, and minutes
  • Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate communication between the Board and Management
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2017 and other relevant statutory and regulatory obligations
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of corporate affairs
  • Proficiency in writing regular expressions

Assistant Director (e-Sahulat)

• Number of Positions: 2
• Age Limit: Up to 37 years
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence with Ministries
  • Compliance reporting and risk management
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive approach to staying updated with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Assistant Director (Technical)

• Number of Positions: 2
• Age Limit: Up to 37 years
• Educational Requirement: BE/BS in Software Engineering, IT, Telecom, or Computer Science, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of network security, data center security, and information security principles
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption technologies)
  • Experience implementing security policies, procedures, and guidelines

Assistant Director (Finance)

• Number of Positions: 2
• Age Limit: Up to 37 years
• Educational Requirement: MBA Finance, CFA, or ACCA from an HEC-recognized university
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Hands-on experience in handling financial negotiations
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills

Supervisor

• Number of Positions: 3
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Educational Requirement: Graduation from a recognized university
• Professional Experience: 10 years of relevant experience
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Record keeping of office work/filing
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Number of Positions: 7
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
• Educational Requirement: Intermediate or Graduation from a recognized university
• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator
• Skills & Competencies:
  • High typing speed with accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, basic troubleshooting, and using email applications

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be offered an initial contract of 5 years, extendable if required.
2. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
5. A relaxation of 5 years in the age limit is already included.
6. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
7. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
8. Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be presented at the time of the interview.
