PPHI Sindh: Redefining Primary Healthcare

PPHI Sindh, a leading organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (previously Companies Ordinance, 1984), seeks to hire dynamic and highly motivated individuals domiciled in Sindh. The positions are available on a contractual basis, with potential extensions based on performance and credential verification. We invite applications for the following positions:

1. Assistant Human Resource

• Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Preference for candidates with relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, BBA/BPA with a major in Human Resources, with at least one year of relevant experience in a reputable organization.

2. Social Organizer

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, with preference for those with relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, a Graduate degree in Social Sciences with at least one year of experience in community mobilization, monitoring, and evaluation, particularly in health-related projects.

3. Supervisor Solar Systems

• Qualifications:
  • Graduation or Diploma in Electric/Electronic/Alternate Energy.
  • Must have experience installing 100-300 units and at least two years of supervisory work in solar installation.
  • Familiarity with current solar technology is preferred.

4. Assistant Store Manager/Storekeeper

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Practical experience in the relevant field is preferred.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory.

5. Lady Health Visitor (LHV)

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in LHV Course from a recognized institute registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council/Sindh Medical Faculty.
  • Preference for candidates with at least one year of experience.

6. Midwife

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in LHV/Midwifery Course from a recognized institute registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council/Sindh Medical Faculty.
  • Preference for candidates with at least one year of experience.

7. Health Technician

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in the relevant field, registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Preference for candidates with experience.

8. Lab Technician

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in the relevant field, registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Preference for candidates with experience.
• Posting: Jamshoro-B, Tando Allahyar, Kashmore, DL Kausar, Shaheed Benazir Abad

9. Dispenser

• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in the relevant field, registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Preference for candidates with experience.
• Posting: Jamshoro-B, Sanghar-A
