Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. They will act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team, and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.
