Team Lead E-Commerce and Web Application Development

Kamal Mills Private Limited’s IT Division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for E-Commerce and Web Application Development. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in MERN Full Stack Web Development, with 3-4 years in a leadership role. A strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is essential. The candidate should also have experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems, and Agile development methodologies. A solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development is required. Experience with Flutter is a plus. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce and web applications.
