Volka Food International Limited is seeking a Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives. This role involves leading, motivating, and managing a sales team, conducting market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers, develop sales budgets, forecasts, and plans, and monitor performance against targets. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards is also a key responsibility.
