Job Description

Punjab Beverages Company Limited (PEPSI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) from a reputed institute and at least 7 years of experience in a reputable organization. We are looking for a sustainability-focused, project-oriented individual with hands-on experience in compressors, refrigeration, and machining tools. The candidate should have the capability to manage inventories, preventive and breakdown maintenances, and spares forecasting. Technical expertise in air conditioning and power distribution will be an additional advantage. The core responsibilities include supervising the complete utilities section, ensuring smooth supply of utilities to the production plant, and achieving utilities KPIs.
