Job Description
As a Business Controller, you will be a vital Finance Business Partner to the Plant, providing financial forecasting, operational profitability analyses, and financial reporting recommendations to drive productivity and operational excellence. You will manage revenue and expense reporting for the Manufacturing Unit, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability, and timely delivery of results with comparative analysis. Understanding the business, economic, and environmental drivers of Actual results versus Operating Plan, you will share timely financial forecasts. Additionally, you will identify and implement opportunities for improving plant financial performance, including efficiency, energy, and Variable Manufacturing Cost (VMC) savings/gains. Validating plant financial data, KPIs, and production information while maintaining a strong internal control environment will also be part of your key responsibilities.
