Deputy Manager Continuous Dyeing

Job Description

Afroze Fine Apparel & Home Textiles is seeking a Deputy Manager for Continuous Dyeing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pad Batch, Pad Steam, and Bleaching machineries, and will be responsible for coordinating with the Planning Department for dyeing programs. Key responsibilities include machine-wise planning as per capacity and priority, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery from dyeing, maintaining chemical inventory, and coordinating with the dyeing lab to select shades and recipes. The candidate must also handle quality checks, shade approval, and production planning according to priority and shipment requirements. The role involves formulating and implementing new ideas and strategies to increase production and revenue, and coordinating with the Manager for troubleshooting, process loss, and timely execution of POs.
