Job Description
Sitara Textile is seeking an Assistant Manager, Inventory (Retail Store), to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct regular audits of retail stock to identify and verify discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory counts and investigating any inconsistencies. This role involves reviewing inventory management processes and procedures for compliance with company policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary process changes. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure effective inventory management practices, analyze data, and prepare reports for management. Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing strategies to minimize stock losses and optimize inventory levels. The candidate will improve operational excellence concerning service cost of goods and inventory by creating an organizational view of inventory management, providing forward visibility to identify future inventory issues. Oversight of inventory management according to company guidelines and performing critical inventory tasks to ensure correct stock levels are also essential responsibilities.
