Job Description
As the Regional Sales Manager at Northern Bottling Company (Pvt) Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution, and market share. You will be responsible for managing and developing your team, executing plans to enhance cold availability of all SKUs by channel, and increasing secondary sales. Additionally, you will implement Route to Market strategies, replicate best practices, monitor and improve Sales Force Efficiency KPIs, analyze sales KPIs, and take corrective actions. Ensuring profitable sales by monitoring discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and NSR of the region will also be key responsibilities. A sound knowledge of Distributors Management is essential for this role.
