Job Description
Shalimar Food Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights, shaping and communicating our vision and mission, and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. The Brand Manager will manage a team of marketing professionals, lead creative development to motivate the target audience, and establish performance specifications, cost parameters, and sales estimates. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities, and aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics. Candidates with 5-6 years of experience in food-related FMCG are encouraged to apply.
