Job Description
Matco Foods Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in line with Matco Food’s standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a diverse team. The Production Manager will monitor and optimize production workflows, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and report on production performance metrics. A key part of this role is implementing and maintaining ISO standards and other relevant quality control measures to promote a culture of safety within the production team.
