Job Description
We are looking for an experienced textile professional to join our team as a Manager-Production (Knits). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading, planning, and implementing overall cut-to-pack production activities for a diversified range of knitted mattress protectors for the regions of the UK, Europe, and Canada. The role involves developing and implementing stitching production plans to meet required production targets and deadlines, directing production plans, and efficiently aligning resources to ensure 100% utilization. The candidate will continuously evaluate production processes, identify areas for improvement, implement and maintain strict quality control measures, and enhance overall performance by applying best practices and lean manufacturing principles. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate and lead a team of professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality production, and provide reports and analysis to management for better decision-making.
