The role involves maintaining accurate records and documentation related to invoice processing, collaborating with the line manager to develop a comprehensive yearly budget plan for the admin department, and gathering relevant data, including expenses, projected costs, office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and other relevant categories. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify areas for cost-saving measures, establish regular reporting mechanisms to track cost savings, and handle the invoice processing workflow, ensuring proper coding and approvals for payments within established guidelines.
